When will my order ship?
All shipping info, including processing times and delivery estimates, is available in our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, girlies — COZYPOSY ships worldwide. Whether you’re in Canada, the US, or spiralling from somewhere else.
Rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
You’ll see the final cost before completing your purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, email support@cozyposy.ca ASAP and we’ll try to work some magic.
Once it’s shipped, it’s already on its journey (and in the universe’s hands), but we’ll still do our best to help if something’s off.
What’s your return policy?
All return-related details are listed in our Returns Policy, including what's eligible, how to start a return, and any applicable fees.
What do I do if my item arrived damaged?
Ugh, that’s not the experience we had in mind — let’s make it right.
Please email support@cozyposy.ca within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
Are all COZYPOSY products handmade?
All candles are handmade with love, right here in Canada.
Other products are carefully sourced from trusted suppliers — if it’s handmade, you’ll see it noted on the product page.
Either way, every piece is curated with intention to help you feel bonita even when you're mid-meltdown.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Some items are here for a good time, not a long time. Once they’re gone, they might not come back — so grab it if you see it!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods at checkout.
Basically — if it works, we probably take it.
